About
Our deepest wounds are relational. Therefore growth, recovery, and healing come through developing healthy relationship with self and others. It is an honor to create a therapeutic relationship with you, hear your story and, from a place of trust, journey with you to accomplish your goals. With 4 years of clinical experience, I have worked with individuals, couples, and families to address a wide range of problems including addiction, codependency, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, low self esteem, and relational conflict.
I enjoy seeing others recover and develop into their authentic selves and it is an honor and privilege that I get to partner with others in their journey toward wholeness, inner peace, and relational health.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free phone consultation so that I can answer any questions you may have, learn why you are seeking therapy and, after determining we are a good fit to work together, to schedule the initial session. Once the initial session is scheduled, you will receive an email with my privacy practies and informed consent to read and sign before the first session.
During the first session I will continue developing a therapeutic relationship with you while gathering information that will help me understand your problem and the solutions you have already tried. Then I will collaborate with you on determining your goals and priorities and then I will create a treatment plan so that we can work on achieving your therapy goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a master's degree in marital & family therapy from Alliant International University and a bachelor's degree in philosophy from Biola University. My experience includes 1 year of working in a non-profit in which I provided parenting and co-parenting classes, provided reunification, co-parenting, and family counseling, as well as therapy with children, couples, and individuals. I worked for 3 years in inpatient and outpatient rehab facilities treating substance use disorders, mood disorders, and trauma through group, couple, family, and individual therapy. I also have 1 year of experience working at a nonprofit where I treated clients with a history of sexual abuse.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My fee is $200 per session and I accept cash, check, or debit/credit card. I do not take insurance, but if you want to use insurance, I will provide a superbill.
