i enjoy being in service to promote happiness.  Everyone is different and finding the way to healing is a unique experience for each person I work with.  Watching a person release a lifetime of negative beliefs is inspiring.  I learn so much about life and how to be a better person from the people I help.  I am positively effected by watching my clients finally get over old habits and evolve into emotionally healthy and happy people.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will set up an online meeting and get started the same day or as soon as possible.  Our first session will be about getting a new perspective on your situation and possible solutions.  I like to assess what is working well and build on your strengths.  We will discover easy ways for you to feel better fast and practices for long term transformation.  We focus on what you want to resolve and discover ways you can take charge of building your emotional fitness forever.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I decided I wanted to be a psychotherapist when I was in high school and have been passionate about getting educated in psychology ever since.  I recieved high honors in psychology with my batchlors degree.  My masters is in holistic counseling.  I use an innovative approach that blends my education and extensive experience into an effective therapeutic style.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

You are welcome to request a lower fee if you are unable to pay the full fee.  I offer a few low fee spots in my practice as a way of giving back and being available.  My standard fee for 1 hour session is $150.  I offer a discount for 11 session package.

How did you get started in this business?

I started volunteering at a local psychiatric hospital.  I quickly fell in love with offering emotional support to others in need.  I’ve had a private practice for over 25 years now and still enjoy my work as much as the day I started.  I challenge myself to keep learning and to keep my mind open for new way to offer help and improve lives with my counseling services

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with all kinds of people over the years.  I find the diversity in my work exciting.  I am most successful with people who are motivated to get well and are willing to make the commitment to be their best.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

This terrible virus has challenged us all to be better.  It is my hope that we will all come together to help the sick and heal our planet.  I’m working to stay positive and keep offering my support during this pandemic.  Online therapy is an easy solution to being able to connect and stay safe.  I’ve had great success offering online counseling and have been inspired by people who want to be their best during these difficult times.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Go for it!  Counseling is not just for the mentally ill anymore.  I believe we can all benifit and achieve more with emotional fitness.  Getting stronger in self awareness will yield better self confidence and the very important skill of you making better decisions for yourself.  I believe we all could use the support of an expert.
