Legacy Life Enrichment Center

I work with Individuals, Couples, and Groups. I use Attachment Style, Brain Training, Outcome Based Thinking, EFT Tapping, Healing Prayer, and various inner healing modalities. I also train Sozo and Inner Healing Teams as well as prayer teams for churches. And I love to do Seminars, Retreats and Classes.

I help people process through anxiety, identify negative cycles and exchange them with life-giving options. Increase awareness to areas that are currently undermining goals, relationships, and joy, Establish vibrant connections within your mind, heart, and spirit.

I also work with couples to re-establish harmony, rekindle friendship, and give exercises from the evidence-based methods of The Gottman Institute: “Enhance your love maps, Nurture your fondness and admiration, Turn toward each other instead of away, Let your partner influence you, Solve your solvable problems, Overcome gridlock, Create shared meaning.”

Diploma in Advanced Biblical Counseling from American Association of Christian Counselors. Diploma in Advanced Professional Life Coaching from AACC, EFT Tapping. Interned in Sacramento, CA
