I believe that we all have the inner resources to heal and live full and rich lives. I approach our work together through this orientation and with gentle supportive encouragement help you turn inward to discover, explore, and unveil that intelligence that is uniquely yours. I use Mindfulness Based practices and skills as an entry point to help you build the capacities of mental clarity, inner calm and emotional regulation. Whatever life challenges you may be experiencing, together we will unravel the unhealthy physical, mental and emotional patterns that are causing dis-ease, distress and pain.
We will develop practices and skills to get you moving forward with the life you’re meant to live. You will leave ours sessions with a plan of how to take self-supportive action steps to heal your life and your relationships. I will be offering a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction course beginning 2014.
