Monika is awesome. I trust her judgement in her counseling. She is genuine, caring and ensures that her counseling and ensures that I am comfortable with her recommendations. I have been dealing with work related stress and anxiety. I was off work for a an extended period of time when my employer had me to continue cycling through my disability benefit and await a Alzheimer exam that resulted in my not having the disease. I lived in a nightmare of depression thinking that I had the illness. It turned out to be Stress and Anxiety. Monika is assisting me in recovering from the ordeal. I appreciate her coaching and counseling with a positive and spiritual foundation. She is encouraging and provides good feedback. Thank you Monika
