I enjoy working with clients and helping them have "ah ha" moments and clarity on their thoughts, feelings, and resulting behaviors. The process we go through is collaborative. My services focus on the overall well being of clients; resulting in improvements in physical health, emotional health, financial health and relationships.

I was a clinical director for one of the larges non-profit mental health agencies in Los Angeles and have over 20 years of experience helping women work through trauma, depression and anxiety. Their results include improving establishing long term relationships, improve phyiscal health and creating financial security and overall confidence in their lives.

I enjoy being a part of the learning and self-awareness process with clients. I enjoy when they learn something new that give them clarity into their life decisions, and observe them making changes in their lives to better suit their overall goals.
