My name is Any Buchanan. I have been a clinician for over twelve years. I have a passion to help people become there best selves. I specialize in grief counseling, couples counseling, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I meet people where they are and let them lead the direction for a course of treatment. As an LCSW I strive to create a safe client/ therapist relationship that effects positive change and outcomes.

Amy is very alert to the nuances of communication. She is focused on helping and strives to fulfill her role as counselor. She is compassionate and understanding, yet at the same time isnt afraid to bring to your attention areas you may need to work or concentrate on more. She does this in a kind manner, not confrontational, but effective enough to get you going in the right direction. She doesnt impose her opinions on you, and helps you reach conclusions on your own, but she does her hardest to help get you there. In the nine months Ive been with her, my life has changed dramatically, for the better. I am thrilled to have her on my side and helping me!
