Are you living someone else's story? Using self-sacrifice to get the love you need?imprints & stories of the past are like shadows that lurk behind you. Sabotaging your relationships, depleting your self-esteem & causing you stress & dissatisfaction in life. You deserve to author a story that's YOURS. Rescript your story through the power Story Therapy. A combination of using healing metaphors, hypnosis & story-crafting so you recalibrate you're new story both in the conscious & unconscious mind.
I believe in therapy that provides relief & long-lasting effects. You deserve to feel good today.
I am a bilingual-Tagalog speaking Psychotherapist.
It's an honor to be a witness to my client's stories. To see their transformation, finding their own voice, their own story are the reasons why I do this work. I feel like I have the best job in the world!

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a 20 FREE consult. You should feel at ease with your prospective therapist. This is the time to ask questions & get the sense if we are a good match. If we decide to proceed, we will schedule an intake appointment and I will email you a paperwork packet to go over. Don't worry, I'll make sure we go over them together on our actual appointment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a board licensed Marriage Family Therapist. I have been a clinician for more than 12 years. I am trained in hypnotherapy, expressive arts therapy narrative and integrating the body in my work. I combined all these in my Story Therapy framework.
