About
I have over 20 years of experience working with teens, young adults and the occasional couple. I’m a mother of 3, married, dedicated to my community and to helping my clients. I’m a native to the Bay Area and have a unique understanding of the pressures and culture here. I help folks manage their depression, anxiety, and stress all while improving work-life balance and overall health. I work with professionals from Apple, Netflix etc. I enjoy working with teens/young adults as I worked as a school counselor and for the County for 16 years. If you are ready to take the next step, I’m ready for you. I take a holistic approach, and I am fun, so I hope you enjoy laughing.
