Hi!

My name is Anne Sotelo and I'm a California Certified Massage Therapist experienced since 1997 with Structural Integration. In addition to Rolfing, Myofascial Therapy, Deep Tissue, I have various tools in my kit. Including sports type myofascial, craniosacral therapy, lymphatic drainage, advanced visceral/organ, neural, neurovascular manipulation, and osteopathic joint treatment for instance.

A session will improve the body's ability to self correct, create a calm state of mind, body and emotions, and increase efficient function of systems which adds up to being a great destressor.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Intake is a basic health questionnaire, also a questionnaire for the autonomic nervous system-this is especially helpful for Autoimmune issues. When the situation is complex I prefer to do a phone chat to go over the important issues. The first session is usually 90-Minute, and there after 90 or 60 minutes.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Training for the State certification Massage Therapist License, Rolf Institute Certification, Continuing Education with the IAHE International Association of Healthcare Providers in Visceral Vascular, Neural Manipulation, Lymphatic Drainage, New Manual Articular for joints, and CranioSacral therapy. Apprenticed to a Rolfer for 7 years, working for Physical therapists as an independent contractor for 10 years. Working with hands on bodywork for a livelihood since 1990.
