Out patient mental health services. We take insurance and cash pay clients at a sliding scale.We have 28 providers within our group practice. We have providers that speak English, Spanish, and Maderine. We have a lovely office in Norwalk that is tranquile and privtate. We enjoy treating people and helping them get to a better place in life.

I specialize in functional muscle manipulation helping to rebalance the body due to routine work, stress and previous/current injuries. Deep tissue/sports massage combined with reiki energy work and cranial sacral work as well. I also educate clients on nutrition, mental health and many other avenues to a wellness lifestyle. Self care is of the utmost importance! I love to help my clients incorporate self care into their lives. I love helping people out of pain and into a healthy well balanced, pain free lifestyle.

I like to look at the whole person. Therapy can be daunting for most, so in order to embrace this challenge together we will find a nurturing and safe environment where a person can feel most comfortable to share. I like to use so many different approaches because we are all so different. I love helping others. I especially love helping others find their own abilities and tools themselves.
