With a background in psychology and spiritual studies, a Bachelor’s in Social Science, and a certificate in Spiritual Psychology, I offer compassionate, intuitive guidance for individuals, families, creatives, mothers, and seekers of all ages and walks of life.

My approach blends emotional intelligence, ancestral wisdom, and a deep belief in your power to heal. I’ve walked through fire and light, navigated motherhood, traveled through cultures and countries, and built a life rooted in meaning. I’m originally from Grenada, a Caribbean island whose rhythms, resilience, and reverence for spirit still move through everything I do. Everything I offer comes from both study and soul.
