About

You feel broken, guilty, and stuck in your past. The painful memories you deal with every day have taken a toll on you. Is it trauma or shock? Is anxiety overshadowing your present life?

More than anything, you want to move past them. You’ve tried therapy, talking with the people in your life, and all the self-help tips you can find. But you still feel stuck, and like no one fully understands what you’re struggling with. Nothing that you’ve tried has lessened your pain.

Now is the time for you to heal, find your voice, and move on to create the life you deserve! You have all the courage you need to speak the truth of your traumatic experiences. And I am here to help you find it within yourself!

I will guide you through the processes of healing and developing new coping strategies. I won’t give you advice. Instead, I will empower you to live your life from within! You’ll learn to organically trust what you’re feeling inside, rather than looking for outside solutions.

I know firsthand the journey you are on, but ultimately you are the expert on you! We will learn from each other as you rediscover yourself, and begin to live your life with joy.

I have come to honor each persons life story and witness them unfurl what has been blocking them from living with more joy and freedom in daily life decisions. To witness an individual begin to heal, recover and reclaim themself and become empowered is amazing to witness.

Every day, you’re faced with the ways that trauma continues to shape your life. You can feel it holding you back, stuck in the past, and you feel powerless to move past it. You want to feel fully alive and well, in mind and body. But you don’t know how to get there.

I have been right where you are. I have my own childhood trauma of physical abuse, and am all too familiar with the pain you’re up against. Between my life story and recovery process, I knew I wanted to serve others in similar situations. In my time talking with women and children shaped by trauma, I’ve learned to listen in a totally open way.

I have my own wounded heart story that led me to therapy, and after years of healing, recovery and reclaiming of myself, I knew I wanted to be there for others with wounded heart stories that were keeping them from living a full life with joy and love.

I work with teens, college and adults with an emphasis working with women due to them usually reaching out more often than men. I also work with non-binary individuals.
