What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You'll experince me as friendly, welcoming, and nonjudgmental. My clients have told me that it feels like talking to a friend!
I work with clients via video and phone for an hour during each week, however I also offer messaging support and support in between sessions if desired or appropriate. Whatever best suits your needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I use an honesty policy. I have a wide range of rates I accept, based on individual need. I actually DO this; I don't just say it.

Entered the field of social work in 2007.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your homework. Listen to your gut. When in doubt, don't let finances hold you back. Your mental health is everything and is most valuable. I learned this the hard way; don't make the same mistake I did!
