I have been working with couples and individuals exploring ways to improve their communication skills both in remaining in their relationships and with those who have found themselves in a difficult co-parenting relationship.

I enjoy seeing people learn to communicate in functional ways that decreases their stress and suffering. I listen closely to how you think about things. It's often the case that a small shift in thinking can engender big changes in how we feel.
