We steer clear of impulsiveness that is self defeating and won't advance our greater purpose. What I most enjoy is being a helping force to people in honorable pursuits. To practice inquiry into what will most positively affect outcomes, slow down the reactiveness, pausing and accepting realities; what IS, on its own terms and gaining a new freedom, fostering gratitude, empowerment and actualized results. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I practice compassionate inquiry, listening for the things that somtimes hidden by anxieties that don't best serve you in advancing your progress.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In my service as Sacrament Life Churches Spiritual Coaching, I have an extensive background in empathic listening, growth practices and empoerment. I bring 10 years counseling addicts, alcoholics, overeaters, workaholics, sexual obsessions, anxieties, situational depression and personal crises of family, faith, grief and self defeat. I find much conflict in love, family, personal and professional are most often rooted in traumas experienced in childhood. I have found that Desiging routine reconstruction to gradually have established new patterns of behavior, thinking, perception and emotional triggers that begins to shift and slow and reduce what used to be self defeating reactions based in ld thinking.

Oue standard is to have an itnitial discussion, gather info, assess a good fit, then we can shift that to what actions seem necessary if we find harmony of purpose. I am most interested in helping people first, as caring for clients first, also keeping responsible balances with the time and fincances of all involved.
How did you get started in this business?
Through my own needs, being helped, given patience, tolerance, support and directions, came to know the process in myself and translate it to a workable model for others.
