What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to make sure I understand the clients full health history, this information is important because it tells me what services I can offer. In that evaluation I like to hear about the clients perspective on their skin and what their goals are. This conversation is so valuable because it provides the framework I need to customized a treatment plan for them! Learning more about my client and their daily lifestyle is a important component in the product recommendations I make. I alway strive to meet my clients where they are at! I don't want anyone to ever feel overwhelmed or hopeless about their goals.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I always suggest starting out with my Beauty Suite Custom Facial. This is a great service for me to evaluate your skin, address the current needs and goals while still customizing the products and approach I will be taking.
How did you get started in this business?
I started out over 20 years ago in direct sales and then moved into the retail arena. After 7 years, I decided to attend esthetics school and learn even more about the skin and how to create corrective change in the skin. I couldn't be happier with my decision to enroll in school and purse this avenue of the beauty industry.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Many different types of clients come to work with me! The diversity in my client base is wonderful because it allows me to grow as an esthetics professional and help even more people! My clients teach ME so much and I'm very grateful for that.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Reach out to them and ask questions, let them know what you are seeking in an environment, service and the outcome you are looking for. Don't be afraid to have that talk, it can really go a long way in finding the professional best suited for you!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I always like to know what their short and long term goals are. If they have audacious goals, I then want to know how much time they are willing to spend morning and night on their routine. Also where they stand on investing in products to assist them in getting the results they desire. There is no wrong answer because the client sets the goal!
