How did you get started in this business?
I worked in the telecommunications industry for decades and decided to leave the flagging industry to help others live a better life.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with children, teens, adults, and couples using hypnotherapy, coaching, and a Holistic Health and Wellness approach to help people meet, work on relationships, health issues, career and business issues, and helping them define their true life purpose.
People who struggled with addictions, pain management, weight issues, bad habits (smoking, nail-biting,etc.), stress, anxiety, and depressing feelings, relationship struggles for couples, singles, significant others, family, and LGBT issues were able to conquer their challenges with my services.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I worked with a person who had serious insomnia and alcohol issues. The person thought it was due to "X" when in reality is was caused by an issue from her pre-teen years. It took multiple sessions to bring the issue to the forefront with hypnotherapy sessions. Once the issue was identified and rectified, the person was able to stop drinking and set up a routine conducive to regaining her health back.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Ask for credentials and a written plan to remedy the situation.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
a) Cost versus gain. Most people are stuck on price but the thing to focus on is what the goal or achievement means in the long run. Examples: Is marriage worth saving? Is rectifying an addiction worth four-eight sessions better than the financial losses of crumbling health, a job at risk, and mental anguish?
b) Your true intent. Can you look yourself in the mirror and be honest with yourself? i.e. Am I worthy of fixing the things that trouble me?
