Reiki is a holistic healing process that brings your body to the parasympathetic state so that your body can naturally heal itself.
A typical session has a combination of pressure from feather light touch to deep tissue massage. I also offer training so that you can bring your body to this state of relaxation to allow healing.

I have had many Reiki massages before and once you feel they are all the same you will beg a differ once you have received one by Chrystal. She is by far WAY more knowledgeable and professional then ones I have received in the past. You will find the fact that you will feel simply amazing and full of energy. I would give it 10 stars if I could. I will definitely be booking another session in the future!
