Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Some work, such as a will, can be done as a flat rate, but most family law or probate issues are done at an hourly rate of $250/hour. I always strive to keep costs down by working diligently to create agreements and to keep out of the courtroom.
