My passion is in Human Service as well as Social Service. I have the ability to speak freely and with my authentic Southern Hospitality and willingness to listen I really make myself available for those in need be a friend, co-worker, and or family. I have worked in the criminal justice field and education with a total of 30 years experience. Working with children from kinder to adulthood. I'm currently working on my doctoral degree in Human and Social Services having the ability to add my 50+years life experience, 30 years work experience and education, creates a great foundation. Which allows me to hand over the right tools for happy healthier client!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First there is an intake process to determine my need for the client. Receiving but not limited to confidential information that will be included in the assessment process. This helps determine my resources an availability to access additional resources if needed. There are no long lines and with access to phone the client is comfortable in their own space with the ability to speak freely.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor's degree in psychology, a master's in education, and I'm currently pursuing my PhD in human and Social Services. I have worked 10 years in the criminal justice field and 20 years in education. With that I have worked with clients, customers and students from kindergarten to adulthood. Life's experience for me at 50 plus years, to now adult children, and four grandkids has open my eyes to truth. And with that I stand in it!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My standard pricing for services is $50 for half an hour. After the first initial session and the client has determined he or she would like to render my services then we move forward. A PayPal, cash app account, to set up how payments will be done in advance.
How did you get started in this business?
I started my business first as a scholarship fund for 5th grade students with the hopes of empowering them for Middle School. It also started as I watched through my work as children begin growing into teenagers! Group sessions begin, mindful therapy and family therapy. Late night phone calls from friends and family made this all true. That although I have plans I truly believe God has a purpose! And that is for me to share my roadmap with others.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Customers I have worked with have been parents and guardians of gang members. I have worked with students that had to play the role of an adult while suffering through depression. I have had sessions with couples that were on the verge of Divorce because of lack of sex and or money. I have had the pleasure growing and learning with students that were teenage mothers and in abusive relationships. Most of these customers where my family members and friends of family. This is why my passion is so strong for helping others. Because I believe the passion has to begin at home.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A recent event I am fond of is the Arts and history. What I love about them both is it is a way of being free! Allowing someone no matter the age freely expressing themselves through word, song, or dance. This can be an outlet. I have worked in school settings as the lead in a classroom. This is where children felt they had found place of freedom!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
If a customer is looking to hire a professional in my area of expertise I would say to them do your research. See the places I've traveled and the people I've had connections. My sources are credible and from real people with real concerns. My assistance and leadership given to clients comes from research and experience. I feel it is important to know what you know ... I am that person!
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Before talking to a professional about your needs you should know theirs. Seek a professional that has lived through what you're going through and how they survived! Find shortcuts to what was once a long journey so that you can enjoy what is waiting ahead. The future is yours and you determine your fate!
