What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process always begins with pulling iRS transcripts and preparing a detailed IRS Account Review Report to ensure everyon is on the same page as the IRS.
This report helps us determine what is needed, what can be done and what services would benefit our clients the best.
There are very few, if any, tax help experts doing this at no-cost so we are very proud to offer thsi service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff are Enrolled Agents which means we are licensed to represent taxpayers before the IRS and we have achieved the highest level of expertise in our field.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our prices are on a per case basis, but we have never heard a client tell us our prices our too high so we know we are priced more fairly than others in our industry..
How did you get started in this business?
In 2008, I began in the industry working for a larger firm that helped resolve tax problems. My experience is all hands-on and I learned so much that I knew it was time to open my own firm to start offering affordable yet effective tax help services to clients across the country.
