Also, our Firm handles Collections cases & Landlord/Tenant Cases with experience in teaching legal seminars in both areas of law. Our Firm prepares Power of Attorneys and Wills. Collection cases typically percentage or hybrid-Flat & Percentage;
Landlord/Tenant Flat Fees case based on each case;
Civil Cases primarily hourly, some flat fees
Powers of Attorneys (POA), Medical POA flat fees
Preparation of Wills on an hourly basis
