Patzig Law is built on the idea that clients should not be in the dark or out of the loop. For many, the court is a new and scary place and my job as an attorney, in addition to providing strong and tenacious representation, is to ensure that my clients know what to expect. Patzig Law is proud to provide an online case portal for clients to access information and communicate securely, the ability to video chat with clients who can't make it in to the office, and after hours appointments.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet with the potential client to understand their legal needs and determine if Patzig Law is able to help them. If we can help, we draft a retainer agreement and discuss payments. We offer financing options to make legal help affordable to everybody.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our attorneys are licensed in all Virginia Courts and Federal Bankruptcy Court. Mr. Patzig is also licensed in the Federal Courts for Eastern and Western Virginia as well as the Veterans Court of Appeals in Washington D.C. Both Mr. Patzig and Ms. Ferrara are licensed Guardian ad litems for children.
