There is more to therapy than talking and rehashing past issues without resolution. Most of us don't know how to really attune to our partner, whether that person is our life partner, child, sibling, parent, neighbor, or co-worker.

I use techniques that lead to really hearing and understanding. Only then will you be able to empathize and work toward solution to change and grow your relationship.

I know this sounds corny. I am passionate about my work and I am successful in changing how a clients feel in the first session.

I love being able to answer my husband's questions, "Do you still like what you do and tell me about your day" because they're easy answers.... "I still love what I do and I had a great day!" I actually help change people's lives every day with the therapy and techniques I use. I teach easy tools people can take home and start using to help lessen the worry, anxiety, stress, frustration, anger, etc., so there's room for being okay, relaxed, at peace, happy, and more.
