Jennifer is passionate about empowering sustainable businesses to succeed. As an experienced attorney with a background in systems engineering, she has a unique perspective when it comes to launching and scaling businesses.

Jennifer has worked with scores of technology entrepreneurs, start-ups, and small businesses. She has represented clients in structuring and re-structuring their businesses, raising capital, deal structuring, commercial contracts, licensing, transactional matters, and various regulatory compliance matters.

Outside of work, she is an avid knitter, and enjoys cooking, photography and playing outside with her children.
