I specialize in defending non citizens in immigration courts. I also consult with criminal defense attorneys who are representing non citizens in criminal courts and advise the consequences of criminal convictions. I handle bond hearings before immigration courts . I have been doing this work for 20 plus years and truly enjoy my work!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a consultation by phone. The fee is $250 and is paid by credit card before consultation begins. If client is acceptable to attorney then attorney will provide a legal agmt by email. If attorney does not find person acceptable or cannot or will not take case it will be explained to client and consult is closed. A consultation does not indicate attorney client relatiinship
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Law school. Trained in crim immigration law.

Make sure they find an attorney at least older than they are
