Frequently asked questions

I am able to meet with clients in person or by phone.  We discuss the charge, possible issues with the evidence and the client's goals for the representation.  We meet again after I've had a chance to investigate the case.  If possible we negotiate with the prosecutor to reach an agreement that meets the clients goals, however we always negotiate after having prepared for trial - so prosecutors know we are ready if no agreement can be reached.

Mr. Adam Krischer served as an Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for Arlington County where he was prosecuted a range of criminal activity from traffic offenses and DUI’s to rape and other aggravated felonies. Mr. Krischer is proud to serve the local legal community in a variety of positions.  He is a Past President of the Arlington County Bar Association, on the Board of Directors for the Arlington County Bar Foundation, Chair of the Fourth District Disciplinary Committee of the Virginia State Bar and sits on the Policy Board for the Arlington and Falls Church Alcohol Safety Action Committee.
