As soon as we get a service repair order from a customer, we schedule a field service engineer to give the customer a call—get more information on the problems related to the machine. Complete full details on the machine to be repaired like the Make of the device, model, error codes related to the problem. An invoice is equally sent to the customer email address for confirmation. Customers may drop off machine to our repair shop or a service technician schedule to go on-site to repair the machine for the customer.
