Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Juliane Smith typically receives legal services inqueries via email or telephone. First, an inquiry is produced by a prospective client. One of her team members reaches out to perform the client in-take process and schedule a formal legal consultation interview. The legal inquiry topic is presented by the prospective client and examined by the responding attorney. The attorney interprets and explains legal options to the prospective client and what services she is able to perform on behalf of the prospective client. A representation agreement is then issued to the prospective client for review. Once the prospective client executes the legal representation agreement (usually by e-signature via email) and produces payment, Juliane Smith initiates work performance of the legal services request, communicates back and forth with the client, and produces legal work products or provides legal representation services before the appropriate court of law.
