I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), a Certified Life Coach in the State of Maryland and Founder of A Leap of Faith Counseling, Coaching, and Consulting. I hold a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University.

I believe that there is no shame in asking for help as we all need help at some time or another in our lives. You hold the key to the happiness that you seek, I am only here to help you find it from deep within. I will meet you where you are and help you to break through that wall that is holding you back from your full potential.

I have found success with using an eclectic approach with a firm Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) base to help you think outside the box. I work with a variety of populations and has experience in individual, family, couples and group counseling. My focus is Relationship issues, Pre-teen and Teen issues and Life transitions.

Because I have a natural gift of building relationships and a passion for at-risk youth it doesn't feel like work. I enjoy helping others reach there true potential. So I decided to combine my gift and passion with my education and experience and took a Leap of Faith to start this practice. As a military veteran I understand the trials and tribulations that can come along with that experience. I have the ability to speak the language and provide the crucial coping skills needed to assist in everyday living.
