My passion is serving clients struggling with addiction and striving for change. I work with individuals, couples, and families to work through the trauma of addiction. I help address the limiting beliefs and thought processes that have been keeping them stuck. I am a Master Addiction Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Certified Trauma III Therapist and Brainspotting Therapist with several years of experience.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to get an overall history first. Then, I can see how past events or traumas are still effecting their lives at the present. I work with my clients,first and foremost, to understand and connect with my clients. Next, I work with my clients to find their core issues that are keeping them stuck in life. Together, we find who they truly are and encourage them to let their light shine.

How did you get started in this business?
When I drastically changed my life, I entered into to a life of recovery and constant striving to be my best self. The joy and happiness that I finally experienced in life made me want to help others do the same.
