What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free initial consultation. We try to assess if the client is a good fit for our firm and the expertise we offer. Likewise, we want the client to see if they are a good fit for us. We prefer in person meetings, but often times we do initial consultations by telephone. People are busy and we accommodate how and where we can.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied law at Georgetown. At the time I worked on Capitol Hill writing approriations language for budgets. I later worked for a firm in Santiago, Chile, before moving to Utah. I speak Spanish, which helps with many clients.
