What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer regular educational workshops to our customers that give an overview of different estate planning strategies. Attendees also receive a free personal consultation at which more in-depth and personal conversations can be held about the client's situation and needs. All of our work is done on a flat-fee basis so there are never any surprises about how much something will ultimately cost.
If a prospective client cannot attend a workshop, we generally work with them to discuss their situation up front without charge so we can both determine whether we're a good fit for each other.
