Even though I am one of the highest trained mediators in the Houston area, my rates are around the lowest. I have not raised my rates in many years.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I do a brief telephone screening before scheduling a mediation. I have the parties visit my website (www.familylaw4u.com) before I schedule the mediation. The parties pay on-line using my paymente link on my website in order to be placed on my mediation calendar.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of may legal and mediation groups.
I belong to the Assocation of Attorney-Mediators and the Texas Mediator Credentialing Association.
I have been licensed by the State Bar of Texas since 1991.
