About
Versatile, Highly Skilled. I will always be truthful about your case, even if I know it is not good news. No attorney can ethically guarantee results, but I can tell you of the 25 or so jury trials I have tried as a solo attorney, I have never lost. No one will put more time, energy, determination, and imagination into your case than I will. My biggest win (so far) came in 2007 when attorney John Bickel and I recovered a four-million-dollar verdict from a Fort worth, Texas jury.
I am a problem-solver. It is very fulfilling to help a client.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first two questions I must answer when talking to a potential client are:
1. Does this person have an issue that an attorney can help solve? and
2. Do I have the experience and backgound to help with the particular issue?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a law degree from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. I am licensed by the State Bar of Texas, and my license is in good standing. I am eligible to appear in any court anywhere in Texas. I have over twenty years experience, a successful track record, and a desire to continue helping clients for many years to come.
