It doesn't, I try to make it light hearted or funny but try to find a solution to help tackle the problem quickly and effectively.
I am only doing this because A LOT of people said I should. I work or your money back but only after you tried rebooting me and still doesn't work.
I like helping people, I never grew up with proper help and my family really weren't helpful. I always wished there was someone who would hear me out and that is why I am here to help people who feel the same not end up making those harsh mistakes that harmed me.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, get to know the stranger then understand the story based on each character's point of view. Secondly, hear the situation out and what the characters have to offer. Thirdly, brainstorm ideas to help the main character first then the secondary characters and finally the background characters if it benifits the main character. Lastly, keep in touch until I get word about that I helped or until I am told that I made it worse, do whatever.
