About
I have been a licensed therapist for 19 years . I work passionately to assist clients in finding the best version of themselves . My specialty areas : depression, anxiety . Work/life balance and relationships . I work with people closely to learn tools and skills in order to decrease symptoms and improve their ability to achieve their personal and professional goals . I have worked for many years in the area of trauma and consider this a specialization.
I am laser-focused on learning as much as I can so that my client has a positive medical outcome; in summary, an improvement in the ability to manage emotions and the stress that comes with that more effectively.
Therapy is an invaluable service and there is no guarantee either for your life to change unless you are motivated to do the work, show up for yourself and find better ways of coping . My ultimate goal is to set treatment goals with my clients that are attainable , measurable and realistic. I create this space for clients to learn, grow and obtain results.
It will be very nice to meet you and therapists are all different. I arrive outgoing, cheerful, kind and respectful. I retain clients that are motivated to do the same. My practice is virtual only with Google Meet.

How did you get started in this business?
I opened my practice as a sole owner after 15 years of working in schools, hospitals, foster care and currently I own an outpatient medical practice.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most clients struggle in the areas of anxiety, depression and relationship struggles. I work closely with people who are having work/life difficulties and address work-related conflicts and concerns. I serve on numerous Employee Assistance Program panels and many PPO/HMO private insurance panels.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I worked with a client once who was on the verge of divorce. We addressed his ongoing clinical concerns and when his presenting symptoms went into remission he reconciled his marriage and his family unit changed dramatically. This was incredibly fulfilling as I work to help my clients strive for healthy relationships, a good work/life balance and I believe that mental health preservation and fitness is key to achieving satisfaction and peace in all areas of life.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
With close to twenty years of experience in mental health, I think my experience alone speaks well to the depth and scope of tackling many clinical issues and concerns. I bring passion and strength to my work and have seen people change and get out of depression episodes, daily panic attacks or toxic relationships at home or at work. The transformations alone have been incredible to watch and I align closely with my clients in every session to do our best to create outcomes that matter.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are you interested in giving yourself 50 minutes a week completely designed to bring your closer to the most authentic YOU... wouldn't it be great to live in a mind and body free from stress, worry, anxiety and pressure?
Are you motivated to do this work with a professional who is dedicated to decrease your symptoms but also get to the core of the matter and address deeper issues that may not be at the surface? Therapy is not a band-aid session but a process in which we identify patterns of behavior that may be reinforcing the exact symptoms you are trying to reduce.
