What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer either an initial email or text message that provides the challenges or issue of concern. The initial correspondence should contain the full name, date of birth, and insurance ID #. That information goes directly to the insurance verification personnel. Once insurance is verified then we can schedule an appointment either through email or text message.
