I love helping those who are struggling and providing support in their time of need. It might sound strange but I get excited when I hear about people's problems. There is great opportunity in even the greatest of suffering!

Helping people deal with the challenges of life gives my own life more meaning. As a caregiver to a disabled spouse, I have experienced first hand the frustrations and struggles related to issue with chronic illness. Through training, independent study, and trial and error practice I have developed a program for helping both the patient and those caring for them.

A Better Choice is passionate about our clients. We work as individual and family problem solvers by offering Group and Individual Counseling. We specialize in substance abuse issues, anger management, family issues, self-esteem building, and a host if other concerns that impact daily living. The therapist at A Better Choice, have a wide array of experiences. We have been in private practice since 2009 and understand the need for clients to be heard and understood.

I’ve been very happy to help clients for 23 years. I work with adults, both individuals and couples work. I love having the opportunity to help people every day.
