Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free 15 minute consultation to see if your needs match up with our business. We are passionate about making sure we are a mutual fit, or helping you find someone that may align to your goals better.
Once we have agreed to work together, we will talk about your short-term and long-term goals, and create a plan tailored uniquely to your needs - and priced accordingly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Robin Forsythe holds a Juris Doctor from Northen Kentucky University's prestigious Chase Law School. She and the rest of the Forsythe Law staff invest time regularly into continued education. We are closely aligned with several legal consulting groups that keep us up to date on best practices, changes in law, and new technologies that we can use to help our customers.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We have both fixed-fee and flexible options. Pricing is often influenced by complexity of each need, so we ask that you speak to use about your unique needs so that we can be as accurate as possible in quoting any pricing.
