About
17 years experience
25,000+ hours of face to face counseling experience
Convenient, professional care offered by phone, Skype, in My Office or at Your Home or at Your Office - when you need a session, it can happen “that” day
Every human is precious and so unique living a completely different life than my own. Yet, what makes our individual lives “not work” have the threads of commonality that make all of us oh so familiar. It is this uniqueness, yet familiarity that sparks the passion as I enter each session. Whether it is a new client or a client returning for their twentieth session, I count it an honor to be in the presence of a divine human.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New clients are directed to my website to print and fill out paperwork located under “FAQ” before our first session. The client saves money by having read and completed the mandated paperwork before session so the session time can be used to begin resolving that which the client is seeking help.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology from Bethel University in St. Paul, MN. I graduated Magna Cum Laud; I had one A-. I have certification for Anger Management and Hypnotherapy. Innvestment of tens of thousands of dollars yearly for personal development are a norm keeping current with new research.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
My standard fee for a 50 minute Skype or phone session is $75 though I give a full 60 minute hour on our first session. It is the same price if the client travels to my office in Corsicana, TX.
i do travel to client’s homes in the Conroe and Austin areas for $130 for one hour or $200 for a two hour session.
i prefer payment in cash and will give a receipt for the service.
How did you get started in this business?
Since fourth grade I wanted to be a scientist. At this early age I had a hunger and thirst to figure out how things worked. In 10th grade I discovered Psychology. The rest is history. I remain passionate to this day learning more and more about the human mind.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Professionals, Military, Wives, Husbands, Couples, Families, Children, Foster Children, College Students, Famous and not so Famous, Elected and Non-Elected Officials, Business Owners, Laborers, Teens - not in that order as each of these categories rank number one
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I enjoy peace, calm, thankfulness and gratefulness daily. Each day has its own challenges. At the end of the day when I lay my head on my pillow reflecting on who I helped and what this day brought to me and how I responded and I am able to quietly fall asleep, this is that for which i am fond. And, it is good with my soul.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be clear on what you want out of your sessions. Remember the way we find what we want is identifying exactly what we don’t want be it in your counseling sessions or in life.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are you serious about resolving the current issue that is creating a challenge in your life? What is the amount of money you are willing to invest in this process? Go ahead and share what you anticipate paying or what your budget is for investing in yourself. The counselor can then tell you approximately how many sessions you will get which helps with treatment planning. Do you want to get to the root or do you want a quick fix? Both are acceptable. It is what you want.
