No two cases are the same, and because each case is unique, they are handled individually. I pay attention to each client's needs, and I address their cases accordingly. I am attentive, responsive and professional, and I am easily accessible to my clients.
I have been licensed to practice law in the state of Texas since 2003. Prior to law school, I worked as a law clerk, paralegal and legal assistant at many prestigous law firms. I realized through my work that I had a passion for helping others through the law. Obtaining my license has allowed me to do so over the span of sixteen years. My practice focuses primarily on Family and Personal Injury matters.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your case begins with a consultation. The first half hour of consultations are free. This is generally enough time to assess the details of any given case; however, should the consultation exceed half an hour, there is a flat consultation fee of $100.00.
Once I am retained on the case, the client executes a contract of employment and completes a questionnaire. The questionnaire contains most of the questions required to aid me in preparing paperwork for your case. Once the contract, questionnaire and fee are paid, representation of your case begins.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Prior to law school, I worked at prestigious law firms including Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom; Baker Botts, and Jenkins and Gilchrist for many years. I learned a lot about the practice of law and client relations while working at these companies. Today, I have been licensed for over sixteen years and have utilized the skills learned to improve my practice of law. Consequently, I have been successfully aiding clients achieve their goals for many years.
