We then use practical methods to challenge thoughts and behaviors and help you change. I also help you develop deeper connection with others. I use TEAM CBT tools in my practice.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically talk on the phone first to make sure its a good fit. Then clients complte an intake form and we have an intake session to get to know each other and develop a plan. When the client is ready, we get to work!
