We are called to serve one another. I most enjoy that aspect of my practice - serving others - and my practice allows me to do just that. Sometimes that means seeking compensation for an accident victim for her injuries, or navigating a client through a divorce or custody case. Sometimes it means defending someone involved in a lawsuit. Often it means collaborating with someone to help them set up their new business, or helping a family draft their wills so they can have their affairs in order. Whatever the case may be, the focus is service.
A little expensive, but probably worth it.
Usually the first contact is by telephone or email, followed by a telephone conference. Depending on the case, urgency and location, the next step is a face to face meeting to discuss the scope of representation.

Mr. Roberts worked as an intern throughought law school with a local firm. After passing the bar exam, Mr. Roberts was recruited to a large Dallas litigation firm, where he became a senior partner. Mr. Roberts then opened his own firm in 2006, believing that clients desired a more personal approach to their legal representation than what is typically available in a large firm setting.

Because of my daughters, I am a big fan of the Women's US National Team in soccer, so I would say the next big event coming is the Women's World Cup qualifiers this Summer and Fall.
Trust and Communication - whether you hire me or anyone else, find someone you trust and that you feel able to commnicate with effectively.
My recommendation here would not concern topics per se - instead - be organized. Lawyers typically charge for their time. If you have important questions, definitely ask those questions, but if the questions have common sense answers or are not significant to your case, be mindful of the expense you are incurring before you pick up the phone.
