What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
For matters that require hourly billing, I bill my time at $325. per hour. For matters that allow for being paid by a contengency, such as personal injury cases, I bill my time by taking an assignment in the client's potential recovery.
How did you get started in this business?
I established my legal practice in 1970 after graduation from Baylor University School of Law. I have been providing legal services to individuals, corporations and associations since that year as a full time independent practicioner representing thousands of clients in a wide variety of matters.
What types of customers have you worked with?
While it is inappropriate to identify any of my clients, I can refer interested persons to my websites for detailed information regarding my law practice.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Always reach out to an attorney to seek advice rather than relying on what one thinks the law might be, find out what the law really is in the area of concern to the person's problem or preceived need.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
THere are no dumb questions. Always bring your legal questions to the legal expert, as you may discover that the matter that you have identified as a problem may not be the most serious matter that needs to be addressed.
