About this pro

"It's always something. So, let's work on it together." Nearly everyone needs help now and then. Whatever your challenges, strides can be made to overcome them. Together we can help you become the best "you" possible. While many people notice changes as early as the first session 4 to 8 sessions is common in my practice. Here are some questions to ponder. Is there discord in your relationships? Are you willing to forgive and start anew? Are you willing to take responsibility for your behaviors and attitudes? Are you willing to be proactive in your life and make positive changes for your own well-being? Yes? Let's talk.
You and your family members can be seen in individual, couple, and/or family sessions. Our first meeting is evaluative. We discuss your family of origin, your accomplishments, struggles and goals. In following appointments we work toward the goals we set to improving your desired relationships and transitioning through life's challenges.
You are here. You recognize that you need support or a fresh perspective to make your life what you want it to be. You are tired of being stuck on the merry-go-round. Take the opportunity to call today for a free consultation. Don't let your fears turn you away. Go out on a limb and take that next step toward a better life. Love yourself today.
I graduated in 2005 from SHSU. I became fully licensed in 2011 and became a supervisor in 2015. I have recently completed my course work as a marriage and family therapist. For my correctionsfirst 11 years of my career, I worked in corrections. Prior to this, I was an educator at the elementary school level. My life experiences help me to be a better counselor. I focus on you and help you to transform to the best version of yourself....who you want to be.

We each did one on one and I hope to do a group session soon.

So far it is helpful and my husband finds it helpful as well. We are far from any outcome, but hopefully it helps us with whatever decision we come to.
