What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Outlook Wealth Advisors, our planning process begins with active listening to your concerns, your goals, your dreams in our complimentary Discovery meeting. We then implement a thorough, proven set of diagnostic reviews, which we call the Outlook Guided Planning System (GPS) to help us stress test your portfolio and identify problems that, at present, could stop you from living your abundant retirement. After our complimentary Diagnostic appointment, if both parties agree, we then move forward to a complimentary Implementation meeting. At this consultation, we take your goals and the results of the diagnostic review and begin to help you create a fiscal house that can withstand the elements — market volatility, inflation, rising taxes, fluctuating interest rates and personal and health challenges. There are no fees and no obligation to go through our Guided Planning System (GPS).
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both Michael and Allen Neuenschwander have passed the rigorous requirements to become a CPA. They also completed the extensive training program to become a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®). This unique background and training give them a perspective few advisors possess.
Adam Collins brings nearly a decade of experience in financial services. Adam enjoys building a financial road ap for his clients with their desired destination in mind while also ensuring there are checkpoints along the way to help ensure they stay on track.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Our fee structure is based on the individual and their needs. It is often a combination of AUM fees and insurance policies with pricing built in. At all times clients are provided information on portfolio fee structures. As fiduciaries we are required to put our clients best interests first.
How did you get started in this business?
Outlook Wealth Advisors was founded out of a family tragedy. After picking up the pieces of bad and incomplete advice given to his parents, Allen began a crusade to ensure no one else ever endured what his family had experienced.

We work primarily with those near retirement and in retirement.
