What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule an initial consultation to review the facts of your case and develop a plan of action. I will answer your questions, arm you with critial knowledge, and normally put your mind at ease. You then decide whether to retain our services and allow us to do the worrying for you.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of Texas Weleyan Law School where I served as an executive board member on the law review, moot court competition team, mock trial competition team, and the law clinic providing legal services to indigent residents of Tarrant County under the supervision of the lead attorney.
I am board certified in the area of Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. My practice has been focused almost exclusively on family law issues for more than a decade in the DFW area. In that time I have handled hundreds of client's legal issues including divorce, child custody, child support, modifications, enforcement actions and countless mediations. I am an active member of the Texas Bar Association, Tarrant County Bar Association and the Texas Family Law Section.

I do charge a $200.00 fee for the initial consultation and then bill hourly at the rate of $350.00 per hour if retained on your case.
