Attorney Gonzales is a graduate of the the University of Texas School of Law. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas and American Immigration Lawyers Association. Centrally located in the Dallas area, Ms. Gonzales has limited her practice to immigration for over 30 years. She represents immigration clients in areas such as employment, family, deportation defense, citizenship, waivers and appeals. She has also served as lecturer and trainer for applicants affiliated with non-profit organizations seeking BIA accreditation status. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we do a consultation from 30 to 60 minutes. In the consultation we tell the potential client what can be done, processing time and fees to be charged.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a law degree. I also have more than 30 years of experience in immigration law.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Most cases are handling on a fix fee basis. The number of hours to be sent plus the complexity of the matter are the primary factors to be considered when establishing a fix fee.
How did you get started in this business?
After I obtained my law license I continued to work for the Immigration law firm that hired me as a third year law student. As my experience in immigration law continued to increase I continued to limit my practice to immigration.

I have worked with employers, employee, business people, and family members.
